Jenny BRAVO’S Mango Pineapple Rum Punch
SUMMER HAS HAD A SLOW START HERE IN MAINE
But we are choosing to celebrate it anyway! Maine summers are filled with lazy days at the lake, long hikes through the woods, exploring the rocky coastline, and taking in as many dreamy sunsets as we can manage. Jenny Bravo’s Mango Pineapple Rum Punch is the perfect drink to bring along to celebrate the joys of summer!

MANGO PINEAPPLE RUM PUNCH
Step One:
GATHER YOUR INGREDIENTS
3 oz of pineapple coconut juice
3 oz of coconut or dark rum
1 oz of mango juice
1 oz of orange juice
Splash of grenadine
Slice of yellow kiwi, lime or orange zest for garnish
Step Two:
SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE
Mix together rum and juices in a cocktail shaker half full of ice. Shake for 20 seconds and strain over fresh ice in a tumbler. Garnish and serve.
To make a pitcher, use the ingredients in proportions 3:3:1:1.

SIP AND ENJOY!!
