Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once you request to return an item, you have an additional 14 days from the time you contact us to return the item(s).
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If you are returning the item(s) for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will issue the refund within 3-5 business days.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@campfirepottery.com. If your product is damaged in shipping or defective, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sample/second items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Contact us at support@campfirepottery.com if you have received the wrong item(s) so we can correct it as soon as possible.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
